Level 3 Fall 2024 (grades 2-8)

Course description

This class is for all elementary grades who have completed the level 2 semester. Students should be able to recognize all the letters in order to begin reading and writing, know their numbers and basic Arabic words. We will continue to learn common phrases, writing, sentences, conversing in Arabic and encouraging students to speak as much as possible in class. This semester, the teacher will speak in Arabic more during class. We will meet 1 hour a week over Zoom for 15 weeks. Students will learn Bible verses and Liturgy responses. We also spend time each class discussing Egyptian and Coptic Church facts and history. Before classes begin, you will receive an email with the Amazon link to purchase the study book and the activity book for this course. Books are sold separately. This class will meet Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM EST (4:00 pm PT) All class times posted are in Eastern Standard Time (New York/ Toronto) time zone and prices are posted in USD.
